AC by Jay is always my go to source for A/C and Plumbing needs. They are customer focused and understand how the customer feels when their home is not “working properly” and prioritize getting things back to normal. They are trustworthy and straight shooters without feeling like you are getting the run around. I have also started using them for all of my commercial needs for my businesses. Joshua did a thorough and extended service visit on our AC system. I thought the only shortcoming was his explanation of the additional work he suggested. He recommended replacing dual phase shift units. I think it is always best to show the homeowner the parts being replaced and give a clear explanation of the perceived deficiency.

Nate showed up at the house today on time. I'm a contractor and have had several AC techs out to my house to fix an issue that Nate solved in less than 20 minutes. He was very professional, knowledgable, and an all-around nice guy. It's hard to find an AC guy but I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use Nate and AC by Jay again!
