AC by J was responsive, easy to work with, and did an excellent job of installing a water softening unit for our home. Their customer service is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone seeking their skills.
Our HVAC unit at home is about 11 years old so I wanted to get it checked out and on a service plan. I feel choosing a trustworthy AC company ranks right up with there with buying a new car… AC by J was recommended by a co-worker. Our service technician, Nate, came out for our regular 6 month maintenance. He serviced and checked both A/C units for the upcoming summer season. Nate is very personable and professional and will tell you if he finds anything that needs attention. We have been A/C customers for many years and we have never been disappointed with their service. They treat you like you are family. They always call the day before the appointment as well as the day of the appointment to let you know the service person is the way.
They always get a serviceman to me within hrs or next day the latest...and stand by their work and their staff is extremely delightful to work with... Josh was quick to find some less efficiency in the AC and replaced two capacitors to make it run more efficient to extend the life of the unit...
AC by J is a very reputable company with an experienced staff of HVAC technicians. I highly recommend them for your home central air conditioning system service and repair.
