Josh did our preventative maintenance service this time. He was very professional ad did a job that was above and beyond. He did several checks we had never had done before. Very pleasant young man that is passionate about doing things right.

John did a great job replacing our water heater, no complaints with him, but the pricing was way too high at $1,700. I'm not sure if they charged more because it was Memorial Day weekend, but I'll be looking elsewhere for my plumbing needs in the future.

Josh and Aaron were not only extremely professional, they were HONEST!. I had another company come out to look at my air conditioning units about a month before AC by J. The other company told me that the things that were not good with my units were going to cost over $2600. I guess they thought I didn't know anything about air conditioning units. The technician (Jason ********) who came to the house to provide an AC inspection and cleaning was very skilled, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He had a great attitude and it was clear that he was hard working and focused on doing a good job. He was asked to remove a surge protector that had been recalled by the manufacturer and install a new one. I have used two other HVAC companies over the last 15 years I have been in the valley and ACBYJ is far and away the best service I have received. It began with scheduling an appointment that was the first of the day due to my work schedule and it ended with Austin explaining everything in layperson's terms so I could make an educated decision regarding repairs and maintenance. My Technician Tim A******* is Amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me in simplified terms. Also, he cleaned the coils on my A/C Unit which I didn't think I needed. As I watched him clean the coils, the water looked like chocolate milk which validated the importance of keeping my A/C Unit running at top performance by cleaning the coils on a regular basis.
