Tim Andersen has always done an excellent and professional job taking care of our AC units. Buzz Frankel went above and beyond in helping us select a new AC unit when we decided to replace rather than repair. Brian was the lead installer and did a fantastic job of installing our new Diakin unit. He took the time to explain the new thermostat and made sure everything was as it should be before he left. Couldn’t be happier with AC by Jay!!
ac by j has always been very professional and great to work with. have been with them many years and rely on their service. jason has handled several problems for me and has done an excellent job. in july ac went out and they were there at 8pm to help out. very pleased.
Juan did an excelent job finding and repairing the problem.He explained the problem so I could ungerstand what had happened to the evap. I will use AC by J again. Thank You Mary Cardea

I had both of my ac units serviced today by Tim. I have had him out for my regular servicing twice a year for the past 2 years and he is always great. He is very honest and does a great job. He shows me pictures of things that could be potential problems so I can make the decision to fix it now or wait until I really need it done. If you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable tech please ask for Tim!!!

I discovered my hot water tank leaking as I was getting ready for work!! I called AC by Jay- they were so accommodating! They got Andrew to my house-even though I wasn't home- he assessed the problem, made his recommendations and installed a new water tank. I had hot water again by the time I got home!! I can't say enough praise about AC by Jay and Andrew!!!
Very pleased and impressed with every aspect from scheduling a repair on a heat advisory day within hours of my call to the professional and genuinely nice techs. Could not be more pleased to have found AC by J!!
