I am an out-of-state landlord for a property in Scottsdale. I've had AC by J at my condominium several times to fix the AC. Juan B********* has been out to service our AC twice now and has been very pleasant and punctual in repair of our AC. I feel he can be trusted to be upfront about what needs to be done and doesn't push for more than needs to be done to fix the problem to our satisfaction. We were thrilled to have Eric B**** come back as our technician on our AC maintenance check. All the technicians we have had were knowledgeable, friendly and professional but Eric takes it up another notch. We have had a maintenance contract with ACbyJ for nearly 10 years. We purchased our AC unit and hot water heater from them and have been very pleased with the service on both.

Buzz F****** of AC by J provided PM service for our HVAC systems. He was personable, pleasant, polite, well spoke, informative and efficient. He told us what the task consisted of and what he would need to do to satisfactorily complete the job. After he effectively explained additional recommended tasks. I highly recommend Buzz for a well-done job.

We have been using AC by Jay for several years now. They have sold and installed air conditioning units for us, serviced our units, repaired septic line breaks, and responded to urgent calls with great attitudes and exemplary customer service. Their technicians have all been friendly, helpful and respectful...whether it was A/C or plumbing service. We have recommended them to family and friends.

We have had a very positive experience with AcbyJ since our installation 18 months ago. We just had our 6-month check-up and Eric B. was our technician. We have two systems (a ductless and a mini-port) so there was a lot of check. He was so thorough and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. We will be asking for him for our next system check.
