I've had two complete systems installed by AC by J the last few years. Their work was professional and without any shortcomings. I use them for periodic inspections on an annual basis. Their Techs are all very thorough and courteous. Scott, the tech who came to our home a few days ago, took his time to explain what testing he was doing. I will recommend Scott and AC by J to anyone who wants an HVAC company that they can trust and rely upon.

Yesterday Tim A. was out to perform a spring check up on our HVAC system. Tim was extremely professional and explained his findings and recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. Unlike other HVAC service providers I have used in the past, Tim did no rush through the service appointment. He was very thorough and took time to educate me on what he was doing and the things I can do to extend the life of our HVAC system. As a first time customer, I was very pleased! I will definitely use AC by J again in the future.

We had a heating and air-conditioning check-up a few weeks ago. Alex, who is the technician, was extremely thorough and more than excellent. He gave the equipment a very thorough and extensive check-up. Was very informative and explained all so we understood completely. Again, I cannot recommend AC by J highly enough for their service from the office personnel to the technicians who have come to service our home for heating, air-conditioning and plumbing. Again, thank you AC by J.

I have been using this company for years and have had only positive experiences. Recently, we purchased another home which had many inspection items which needed to be addressed. Richard made it easy and hassle free taking corrective action on the items noted by the inspector and further inspected the 2 roof top units to make sure everything was in working order before we moved in. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable with strong communication skills. I couldn't ask for more.

Russell M*** did this year's Spring Checkup on our A/C system. He was very professional. He checked everything, declared it ready for the summer. He informed me that it was still in warranty should something go wrong. He also alerted me to two improvements that could be made to prolong the life of the system. I have been with A/C by Jay since 2000.

We have used AC by J for over 10 years. We have had them perform twice yearly equipment inspections, servicing our units as well as install 2 new HVAC systems. Their staff are always friendly and respectful of you and your home. While they may not be the least expensive sometimes you have to pay for quality. I would highly recommend AC by J to any of my friends and family and have.
