We have had AC by Jay maintain our home air conditioning for nearly 30 years. We replaced the home's original system that was under-performing, and AC by Jay installed a more efficient system and balanced the duct work; it provided cooling and heating evenly to the entire house. Jorge has been our service technician for more than 5 years. He is always prompt, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Buzz was on time, thorough, and did an excellent job explaining what my options were going forward.
I've come to expect AC by Jay techs to provide a professional and comprehensive service. Russ did not disappoint. From the time he arrived and put on 'booties' to insure no soiling of the floors, to the time he left and asked if everything met our expectations, it was all good. Thanks Russ!

I wanted to stay mad at this company, but when someone like Jorge not only fixes ALL your problems, but does so in such a professional way, well, needless to say, I'm back in the family of AC by J.
AC by J is the best!!! I am a little leary of having people coming to my home since I have two small children, but AC by J is incredible!!!! I never once felt nervous or uncomfortable with my two little crazies running around! I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating, cooling, or plumbing!
