I'm so grateful to Tim for his professionalism, friendliness and help. He explained my system and needs completely in a way that I could understand. I never felt like I was being "sold" on something I didn't need. Appreciated his knowledge and time.

This company lies/misleads and over charges. They changed my air filters as part of an annual maintenance I had with them, charged me $100 for each air filter. I said that's awfully high for an air filter. The woman said that these are really good air filters, they're $100 filters and they last a year. They were 20x25x4 air filters by *********. Online they can be purchased for $42.50 each. One was a 20X20X4 filter by ******** ********** *** and that one costs $23.07 from a local distributor. I was also charged $100 for that... read more

AC by J has been servicing my air conditioning units for several years. When I needed to find a new plumber for my home I decided to try AC by J plumbing services. I was very pleased to find that their plumbers are as knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful as their air conditioning service people. I appreciate this company and their people very much.

I have been using AC by J for just over 4 years now and have never been disappointed by their honest service. From the girls who answer the phone to the gentleman that service my home. They are all friendly and knowledgeable . I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Thanks to AC by J for fitting us into their schedule and fixing our air conditioning unit the next day. We had a lot of people coming over for Easter dinner in a couple of days and we thought that we would have to cancel since it would be hot for everyone. The technician Juan was very professional and worked on the unit until it was fixed. He explained everything to us and asked if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend them to others. They are the best.

I have used AC by Jay for many years, not only to install new A/C systems but also to provide service to the systems. In recent years this service has been provided by the same technician (Tim A.), who has always provided outstanding service. Not only has the service been well done, but his manner has always been professional and friendly as well.
