As always Richard did a great job with the spring tuneup of our geothermal system. He arrived on time and was very quick and efficient as he completed the tuneup. We have thoroughly enjoyed our geothermal unit and AC by J's service has been a big part of that. Hard to go wrong with AC by J and Richard!

I recently had my A/C serviced by Juan. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He always made sure he had the boot covers for his shoes on before he came into the house. He advised me to replace the current filter and I am working on doing that. I appreciate the call to let me know he was on his way.

It has been almost a year since I received my new AC unit from AC by J! I was very pleased with the unit during the hot summers here in Arizona, but I also wanted to see how the unit would perform in the winter. Excellent! I am very pleased. I am also very pleased with the excellent customer service and also with Eric J******, the gentleman that represented the company. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A COMPANY WE USED IN THE MIDWEST. ANOTHER COMPANY WAS CALLED FIRST TRYING TO TELL US WE NEEDED A NEW VALVE THAT THEY SAID WAS BROKEN AND WANTED TO DRAIN ALL THE FREON AND RECHARGE THE ENTIRE UNIT FOR 1800 DOLLARS! GUESS WHAT? THE PART WAS FINE AND ALL IT NEEDED WAS A SMALL AMOUNT OF CHARGE TO GET IT RUNNING SMOOTHLY AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS HONEST AND THE OWNERS ARE TOTALLY INVOLVED.

I recently had my HVAC serviced by Xavier T****, of AC by J. He was extremely professional, on time, careful, and polite. He took the time to explain everything that he did and allowed time for any questions I may have had. Great service!

Have been using AC by J for many years. They always do a nice jib. Give suggestions for maintenance with a quote and no pressure or obligation to get it done immediately.
