I have short term disability. I'm on maternity leave. My claim won't even be processed until I'm almost back from maternity leave. Maybe even after if they find any issue with my claim! Aflac claims to make this process easy and quick which is why i signed up. What am i supposed to do when I counted on this money to provide for myself and my child? This company is a joke! This company only wants you to pay into policies without taking the time to explain the benefits of them. I only give one star, because I don't have a 0 star option. I have had a short term disability policy with them for 4+ years. Once I found out I was pregnant, I starting asking questions regarding the policy and claims process. After researching on my own, I've find out, in the last four years of having the policy, no one has asked of any changes in my salary, nor is there anywhere that states such changes need to be rep... read more

my husband has a critical illness and he has been out of work we submitted to claims and its been over a week we have spoken to five people which all say the same thing but the claims was suppose to be finish and reveiwed in 48 to 72 hours now its been10 days and everyone is still stating 48 to 72 hours but the system says 24 hour pay we have bills pilling up and we only sign up for this plan due to the lies that was told to us at sign up with the alfac rep...... i think this company like to take people hard earn money and n... read more

The customer service was over an hour wait on the phone, the problem was not resolved and never got my email I was promised from customer service.

Not what they claim to be. I paid premiums for over 20 years and could not get a penny from them when I became disabled although I had a disability policy. Don't waste your money.

You don't even deserve a star. I cancelled my policy with you in April 2019, yet you have continue to withdraw payments from my checking account. I consider this theft. My insurance agent has contacted you several times to no avail. You're a horrible company. And I want my money back.

This company is full of stuff. They sell you a dream trying sell the insurance but when it come to pay they do not want pay. Plus they staff is rude. When I return back to work I will be talking to my company about putting. Compliant to change insurance company

My father passed and I am trying to figure out if i am a beneficiary on any account he has. The rep wouldn't tell me anything. Even after I provided what I needed. Her name was ******** *******. After providing my information she still wouldn't tell. Very difficult to get the answer I need. I will not recommend your services to any of my clients or myself in the future.
