This company is the worst insurance company ever, we have been waiting a month from a response that a claim we filed in October, we keep getting the run around. We was suppose to get a response in 14 days that was October 24, 2018. Needless to say they don't care!!!!

Horrible company and worst customer service ever! Have accident policy for myself and my husband with them and have had to speak with at least 4-5 different reps and gotten almost nowhere after being on hold, cumulatively, for hours. I have explained to all of the people I have spoken to that I have been unable to get an itemized hospital bill OR UB04 form from hospital's emergency room where my husband was first treated for his injury in APRIL, which is holding up the rest of the claim processing. Worst company EVER. Customer service employees are blatant liars. Have had my short term disability claim for nearly 6 weeks. Every medical record there is has been sent to them, but aren't good enough because there is nothing in there for them to deny me. So they just keep stalling claiming they need more records when there is no more to provide.

I'm very upset I had surgery on *************** and I had all my paperwork in on October 25th and they said they had everything in and everything was signed and I called**************** and they said it was up for review on *************** that everything was signed and everything was in well today I called and the first person I talked to said it was denied because I didn't have the employer paperwork signed so I faxed it over to my work and followed with a call and she said it was signed so I looked through the email and f... read more

HORRIBLE. My husband and I have a policy for Hospital Indemnity. We checked several times with my husband's HR department, they kept saying we have to get the policy number from Aflec, but Aflec says they have no record of us. I spent 1.5 hrs on the phone with them today, they refused to let me speak with any management or supervisor regarding my issue. I'm recovering from surgery and need to file my claim and this has been a horrible experience. Do not trust them.

I started with the disability policy in September 2017. While signing up with my Aflac Representative I informed her that I was taking out this policy for the maternity benefits. I informed her that we were actively trying to have a baby at the time, but that I was not currently pregnant. I asked her if I would be covered by the Aflac disability benefits if I were to become pregnant the following month of September, which would be when my policy would go into effect. I wouldn't give them one star. I have been getting the "we didn't receive that fax" for the past month. I broke my arm on Labor Day, and I'm still waiting for a disability check!

Claim XXXXXXX denied because they stated it was an illness code which it was NOT so I went the doctor and he said it's not an illness so he put another injury code and they declined that claim. This company is about making money off of honest people's misfortune. STAY FAR AWAY. IM GETTING AN ATTORNEY AND WILL STSRT A CLASS ACTION. AFLAC HAS ******* TOO MANY PEOPLE. MY DAUGHTER HAS *** and I'm out of work and can't afgord her supplies. If something happens to her it's going to be ugly. My attorney said we have options.
