I cancelled my AFLAC coverage in July 2018. I even received a letter for each policy dated July 20th, 2018 stating "we have received your request to remove Aflac Always and have processed that request." I discovered in January of 2019 that the premiums were still being deducted from my account this whole time. When I called Aflac, the representative told me that removing and cancelling have different meanings. When I initially called to cancel in July, I stated "I want to cancel my account/coverage." This has been a nightmare to deal with I should be getting better but I'm getting sicker from having to rush to get better to keep my place and utilities on. I had two surgeries and five days in the hospital and weeks out of work and I didn't think I had anything at to worry with but getting better "I have Aflac" not true I am facing eviction loss of job and no utilities because this company takes my money but nothing when needed. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Long story short, I signed up for my policies several years ago, while working part time and having lower wages than my current job. When I switched to my current job, the so called "rep" came in and was to get everything settled and in line with all my new information, being I was at a new company. Aflac claims to pay fast cash and pay for time not working but they will spend months delaying payments investigating your medical condition. Don't waste your money with this company.

Unbelievable that this company falsely advertises that they will have your claim paid by next day and I after seven weeks haven't been paid my claim of $450.00. They keep lingering me with lies and lies. Shall be reporting them to the Insurance Commissioner on their negligence of paying my claim with excuses!!! I strongly suggest you NEVER buy their insurance services.

I am not sure what these people are talking about. I have had several plans from AFLAC. My claim time period has been paid between 1 day and 10 days. There office has helped to pay a claim and not deny a claim.
