Lies , more lies, and more lies. My "escalated claim" was supposed to be finalized 3-4 times already, still nothing. I've made 10 phone calls, even spoke with management and nothing... they don't care about their customers. They bs about everything. But they sure don't pay you quickly , as advertised.

After deciding to cancel my policies, I tried to get in contact with my agent. Weeks went by and my agent never returned my communications. I attempted to call customer service to find out what was going on or try to cancel through them. They were closed for a 4-5 day weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday! I understand the need to close for Thanksgiving day, but the rest is pretty excessive. Shocked that an insurance company would be unavailable for that length of time. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company at the moment. Constantly getting the run around from my agent, Deborah M. Stay away from this woman!!! She flat out lied to me and will not keep me informed of the progress of my case. I have had to repeatedly send in more documents to prove my case to with has not been settled due to the company being back logged and the fact that since my case is not normal someone will have to physically look at it. Terrible company. My husband has it and filed a claim for a recent surgery.have to fill out 3 sets of paperwork. You, the doctor, and work. It was faxed from 3 different faxes and guess what they never received one of them. They finally paid after a ton of phone calls and guess what we are going thur the same thing this month. Who has time for this. We hate them.

I submitted my claim via fax on October 9th 2019. I have YET to receive any fund's for my claim. It has been in review status and I was told they are backlogged and I would receive funds by November 7th. That date has passed and as of 2 days ago I was told I would receive fund's via direct deposit in about 1 week. This is unacceptable and false advertisement. State disability doesn't even take this long and that's by US mail to a PO box. I have no funds to pay for bills or medication. This is not acceptable. They claim if I ... read more

My policy type was not explained fully. I am a teacher in ****************, two years ago I took out an AFLAC policy. I was told that AFLAC would help with copay, and hospital stays. I just recently had to had partial **************** on **********. I never received any type of policy explanation from AFLAC with the exception of a Certificate Number and explanation of terms (Vocabulary only). This has got to be the worst company out there! First a sales person tells you they are selling you one thing put mark something different so it seems like the high payments cover more than it does. Next it takes them forever to get a claim started. Then once they get to your claim they deny it right away. The have you fill out forms then use the forms as a way to deny the claim. They have you talk to everyone there and all you get are apologies. Total sham. Should gone with Major Medical.

I had aflac disability and ****** policies in 2015-2016 with a previous job and absolutely loved it!!!! When I switched jobs in 2017, the new job didn't offer aflac services. On june 26, at a company event, there was an aflac table, the new company was now offering aflac services. I immediately signed up for the exact same policies I had previously and signed up for a new ****************** policy. The person that signed up up lied and withheld important information pertaining the policies they sold. They are not there when you need them. They find every excuse not to pay. From reading these reviews and the ones on Facebook. I think we can get enough people for a class action lawsuit. That apparently is the only language they understand.
