Terrible company! Came to my job and offered Group Term I signed up for a Term and Whole policy and they began deducting the money from my paychecks only to find out months later that I was never approved for the life insurance. The agents ask questions in such away that it seems you would be approved and come to find out you will not be. So they basically want to get you to sign up with their misleading questions and collect your money and then deny your claim later because of said questions and they way they were presented... read more

I had insurance through ******* voluntary insurance program. The premiums were deducted monthly straight out of my bank account. In 2019, I reviewed my financial situation and decided to cancel this policy. I mailed in the proper forms they told me to mail in December. I noticed another premium taken out of my account for January so I called them up and they told me they had received my cancellation and that it was effective 12/31/19 and to wait for a check. It will be a year next month that I lost my husband. I had Aflac with my work and I had added him. Aflac told me what I would be able to recoup/qualify for (very limited but it would of helped). My husband was only covered for certain Hospitalizations/ER admissions ICU, etc. etc. He was in remission and the cancer came back. For a month he was in and out of hospitals. Aflac is a ******** company that manipulates there word to get you to pay their insurance. They told us that at the birth of our child we were going to receive a check to cover some medical Bill's. That's a ***** lie worst company ever !!!!! **** you Aflac

I have a company. I had several employees using their service. One by one had issues. I have a policy with them currently. I have paid my quarterly payments weeks in advance for 4 years. My payment this last January was received and deposited, but not credited to my account. After 3 months of 6 emails, 2 faxes, 1 mailed letter, 3 phone calls with my check proof of deposit by Aflac and with over 3 calls with confirmation of the error by Aflac accounting there has been no credit to my account. If I could leave 0 reviews I would. Aflac is a fraud in regards to short-term disability. Two salwa representatives offeres their services during my employers opening benefits. I signed up for short-term disability for $1500. I have been off work since 12/2019 and have not recieved anything close to that amount. I've called several times and received different answers from their customer service representatives. They stated the benefits are paid for only 28 days which means I would NEVER receive my full benefits anyway despi... read more

Aflac's customer service online & by phone is pure torture. The wait time on hold or for call back is beyond ridiculous. Seems like y'all need more employees. I have been paying on cancer & accident policies for about 20 years. I have cancer & can't get the help I need from you. It's my turn to get paid. Send me the money!

I have been a customer for more than 10 years now and canceled today because I have had such terrible customer service from them. I sent in my last quarterly payment for 2019 in December and the check was cashed on 12/19. In January, I began getting notices that my premium had not been paid.
