I received a return phone call right away and they showed up on time with parts on the truck to fix my a/c. He was very knowledgeable and very honest. I would highly recommend Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning.
Mr. Hicks came before the time his said he would. Was only here for about 20 minutes and had already diagnosed and fixed the problem. Prompt, fast and affordable service. Will definitely use his services again.
Home Advisor set me up with Craig and he came out within hours. My AC went out and I feared the worst. Craig diagnosed the problem in minutes and told me it was a simple capacitor problem. He didn't try to upsell me or tell me I needed a whole new system or any of that mess. He completed the job and my house was cool in hours. Trustworthy guy and will definitely be using him for all future needs. Thanks Craig!
If you want fast service, this is the guy. If you want to wait 2 days for an appointment, go elsewhere. He called me within 5 minutes of leaving a message, found a way to my place within 1.5 hours, at 7pm (after hours for most places).
Craig called within minutes of the repair being entered on HomeAdvisor. I wasn't in an area with good cell coverage, so he texted me to get the repair set up. He came the same afternoon and the repair was done within an hour. I would use this company again.
Craig did a great job in diagnosing the problem and fixing the unit. Original appointment had to be rescheduled by Craig due to being tied up on another job. Overall I am pleased with the work and response.
