Craig and his assistant showed up promptly! They were personable and did the work that needed to be done. I told them that I hoped that my unit could be repaired and that, even though I know the unit is older, I am not interested in replacing right now. He understood and did what he needed to do to repair it without trying to "upsell" me on a new unit today! While he was there, we discussed the need in the near future to replace the unit. fast and affordable, my a/c unit was frozen up, he unfroze it, added freon, was working again in an hour and price was right
Very professional and on time. They fix the problem with a temporary fix or permanent fix at an affordable rate. They even suggested repairs that may need to be done in the future to keep cost down.
Craig came out the same day and had my unit fixed in under an hour. Great man, great service. I highly recommend him.
Very nice and knows a lot about heating and air
Craig came the same day I called and fixed the unit with in 30 minutes showing me and explaining what caused the issues. I plan to call him back when it is time to replace the unit.
The service was nothing short of perfect. The response was very quick. Within one hour they were at my house to help. Very knowledgable on AC systems and was honest and extremely polite and professional. They could have charged me for some replacement parts but did not. They will always have my business and I will recommend them to family, friends, anyone. My area code for my cell is Florida but I live here in Fuquay Varina. Thank you Mr. Hicks for such a pleasant experience.
Craig from Affordable Heating and Air was extremely quick to give me a call once I submitted my home advisor request. We worked out a time the next day for him to come and repair my AC unit. He was on time, pleasant to deal with, and completed the work quickly.
