Trustworthy (My stepdad told me what he thought was wrong with my A/C unit beforehand and Craig Hicks told me the same thing.) and reasonably priced (My previous HVAC guy would have charged me 3 times more for the same service.). I would certainly recommend Affordable Heating and Air.
Craig spent the time to explain the workings of my Heat Pump system since I was unaware of the workings of the system. Craig is Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him.
Craig responded quickly to my emergency. Was very knowledgeable in what needed to be repaired. Price was very reseasonable. Set up for regular maintenance for my units. Call him you won't be disappointed.
Came on time, wasted no time to find out what was wrong. I needed a new unit. Reasonable charge, great service all around, although they did not do any mechanical work (but I have to check those in survey and did not want to leave anything negative)
My wife received a return phone call right away. Craig showed up on time to look at our gas furnace. Craig also took time to walk my wife through the starting up of the gas fireplace.He was very knowledgeable and very honest. I would highly recommend Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning.
