Craig came out and had my furnace problem diagnosed within 30 minutes and repaired the same day. Two days later when I thought it had stopped working again (it hadn't - was just a really cold morning) he offered to come out to check right away and waited on me to get home from work! Great customer service.
The main person that I dealt with came across as very trustworthy. This is very important to me when dealing with any type of repair people specialist.
We were experiencing a disparity in the temperature of our home upstairs and downstairs . It was much cooler downstairs versus the temp upstairs. We submitted a request for service through HomeAdvisor.Craig responded immediately that evening following my request. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived on time the very next day. Craig was prompt , courteous, professional and efficient! I look forward to having this company do all our future Heating and A/C work. Actually when we called our furnace was not functioning, but Craig just charge the normal rate for PM, Nice!
