Craig was prompt, efficient, professional, reliable, friendly, courteous, and reasonably priced. He replaced a part and our heater is now working again. I highly recommend him! I wish all contractors were this awesome!
Craig and his assistants were very professional, on time, very respectful and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnosis the trouble and obtained the parts to fix my furnace within one day - especially since our coldest weather was scheduled for the next day. Craig is the only heating and cooling professionals I use!

Hired Affordable to check our daughter's gas heating system to make sure it was ready for the heating season. Craig was the first to get back in touch with me, was on time, did the work in a timely fashion and gave me honest, straight-forward advice on the proper care and maintenance of the system. He even threw in a little free safety advice! Would definitely hire again.

Craig was prompt to call and make an appointment, quoted a very fair price and completed the work (refitting my propane burning furnace to natural gas) quickly and neatly. He and his crew were polite and did a great job.

We spoke for a few minutes after the work was completed and I found him to be a very kind and sincere person. I definitely recommend him and will call him in the future for HVAC maintenance.
