Just incredible! Craig worked with me on a tricky intermittent A/C issue that took a few days to fix. We kept in touch every day for 4 days and he visited my house 3 times while I helped diagnose at the house.

This is in response to this review. When my tech first got to address and did our diagnosis I called customer and gave him his options. I told him him his best option on a 14 year old unit was to replace. This is the same answer I would have given anyone. I then informed him that the PARTS were going to be close to $650.00.The parts were actually $640.28 alone. The repair took 1 hour. Jeremy was excellent. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the work and thought this company was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Craig and John were able to fix my compressor quickly and affordably. Thankful for their work and responsiveness.
Very professional and knowledgeable. My value rating is based on the fact that my air conditioner quit working about a day after the repair, which is what they told me could possibly happen. I plan on using them to replace my existing unit as soon as possible.
Very good price for a tune up. And he also informed me that my until was old and to start saving for a new one.
