HomeAdvisor provide the contact information for Afforadable Heating & Air at 8:30 on a Thursday night. Craig called within 30 minutes the same night and scheduled and appointment for 8:00a the next morning. Craig was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job and the dog loved him. I would recommend Craig to anyone.
They tried real hard to fix my current unit but showed me the better solution was a new unit. The job quickly became a huge job. But everything was thoroughly explained. Took longer to get the new unit replaced due to the need to order parts.
Very fast, professional and efficient service. Craig came to my condo within 45 minutes of my call on a Saturday morning. The AC unit was back up and running within 30 minutes and then I had him do a complete service. He was very thorough in explaining the issue and resolution. I will use Affordable Heating and Air in the future.
Affordable Heating and Air came out in a timely manner quickly diagnosed the issue. Craig was a gentlemen and I enjoyed his company while waiting for my frozen AC to thaw. He answered all my questions relating the lifetime of a typical unit and about how much a replacement would be plus gave some tips to quick the unit running efficiently.
They were good overall.
Craig responded quickly; then was at my apartment within 2-3 hours. He looked very carefully at the problem...water leaking from my air condition are to my downstairs neighbor...he looked at everything before suggestion was problem was. He then explained the solution and handled it. I watched the entire time (curious sort) and he explained as he solved it. I felt it was very fair and honest.
This was our first time using HomeAdvisor.com and was not sure how it worked. Our AC went out on Sunday afternoon and the house got extremely hot and we were worried about not having air for our pets on Monday. He called me and let me know he was able to come out early and was very nice and polite. The issue wasn't something we could work on right now. But he was up front about that and I had a good experience with the company.
