Good quick job, on time and fair opinions on what was needed
I have worked with half a dozen HVAC companies in the area and was very happy with the service from Affordable Heating and Air. Craig was very responsive, friendly and professional. He was patient and was able to work with me on a more complicated installation. His employees also are friendly and hard-working. I would highly recommend you calling Affordable Heating & Air for your next HVAC project or service visit. You will be hard pressed to find better HVAC service in the Triangle area!
Submitted a request at 1030am and had Craig at my house by 115pm, on a Sunday no less. You can't ask for much better service than that. If definitely hire him again.
I called because I did not have any heat and it was 56 deg in my house. Contractor informed me that the heat pump is operating fine. The problem was that I did not have any electric heat strips installed in my "new" fan unit to backup the heat pump. After he left, I went under the house and opened the panel and verified two heating elements are installed. $85 later and still no heat..
Great service! Very knowledgeable, was able to install my Honeywell wireless remote thermostat even though it arrived without an installation manual!

Craig is knowledgeable and performed correct analysis of the malfunctioning system.
They came the next day, when we requested. Craig diagnosed the problem quickly. Ours was an inexpensive fix and he provided a lot of information for when and if this or a similar problem occurs. It was very nice having the problem fully explained. Craig was very personable and honest. A great experience and we would highly recommend him and Affordable Heating and Air.
