Long story short told me for TWO weeks I was financed and trying to locate me what I wanted and I ever got was BS and excuses, just to be told the minute I mentioned reaching out to another dealer who had EXACTLY what I was trying to find and helping locate what I wanted the my approval offer had been rescinded .... Got my new car tonight! Brian was amazing and really put his foot in to get me in my car! I highly recommend them!
I purchased a Jeep here eight months ago. I was told this car had no previous accidents, new tires and $2000 worth of repairs to have it running pristine. Now I find after getting its first oil change and attempt at alignment that it needs $3000 worth of repairs. When I spoke with adventure they stood by that the car was accident free, with the car fax as proof. When they saw the old overspray they told me the repairs were my responsibility. We participated in the first mopar show at adventure and had a great time. The staff and the people involved were great. A lot of cool cars and met new people. Walked around a lot and looked at future cars . Looking forward to next years event. Great selection of cars on the lot, and trucks, and jeeps.
We will NEVER go to this dealership for anything. The last dealing with the repair department was horrific. Parts weren't replaced in the interior they took off. We were told today it was completely fixed, it's not. After HOURS on a diagnostic test my husband finds its not. After bringing it to the managers attention he claims the sunroof is leaking, and it caused that. So, it is NOT fixed. The bill we were handed was outrageous!!!! I will tell everyone I know to NEVER do business with this dealership.
I have been dreaming of having a Wrangler for as long as I can remember. I found out my Patriot needed more work on it than it was worth, so Mike Skilton helped get the ball rolling on getting me my Wrangler. Yesterday I went in and the salesman Dominic helped me out.
