They checked with me a couple of times. I decided it was just too far to look at a car.
Wish I could give ZERO STARS! Went here because it is closer to home. Bad idea! My routine oil change turned into a nightmare. Only 5K miles on it; mechanic didn't replace the oil cap, engine/manifold needed repair...took my Jeep to my dealership, Brunswick Auto Mart. Great service, loaner car (5 damn days), and no charge. I will never set foot in this business again. �
Do not buy a Certified Preowned vehicle with a clean Carfax from this dealership!!! Especially after you find out it has been in an accident, and it has aftermarket parts that are falling off! They won’t help you!!
Second time I have had my car worked on here. First was a remote start that was oem the mechanic did not get the rear deck lined up in the clips correctly resulting in a very annoying rattle as the third brake light was touching the rear window while running. Now a warranty job for a thermostat, made an appointment to drop of the car by 9 am and asked to receive a call by noon - 1pm to know the progress of my vehicle so I could schedule a ride from work. I emailed the delership and was immediately contacted. I told them I was interested in traveling to test drive a Ram Truck. I asked for further information and a CARFAX. Dominick told me he was off the next day but would contact me the following. Never heard from him. Called the dealership multiple times. Left messages with him and another person. Have not heard from them. I don't think they are really interested in selling vehicles.

Okay. Didn't have previous owner information and acted like it would be difficult to get. They knew where it came from, but want me to spend 20k on something with higher mileage without information. Not going to happen.
We had an awsome experience with Ken Irons. He is great, patient and even got me in my Jeep Wrangler after closing hours, only a little after but I got it. He even personally took my soft cover off and put my hard top on..... then 5 months later he found my hubby his 2017 Dodge with everything he wanted... even the color. Had it shipped in and called two days early to come get it. We are completely happy with them.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had to get my vehicle towed in since it would not start or was incapable of being jumped. It is covered under under a lifetime warranty. Took 10 calls Monday to get someone to even talk to me. Dave in service preceded to inform me my battery was completely dead and would need to be replaced. After an outrageous estimate for a battery I let him know I would pass and have the battery installed by a family friend. I asked what I needed to do to pick up my vehicle.
