I contacted the Dealership to tell them the car I wanted to look at and make sure it had all the bells and whistles(Heated seats, auto start, etc.) Well it didn't have ANY of what it was posted online. Once I took it home the very next day I requested to look at a different car and they refused to let me take this one back. It even had cosmetic damage to the rear bumper! lemon peddlers .. place is trash and I wouldn't recommend driving by let alone purchasing a vehicle from them
Worst car buying experience ever. At first, everything was great. We visited during their summer event. Everyone was busy & rushed, but friendly. We worked out way through it.. seen a car, decided to buy. The entire visit took almost 7hrs. While doing paperwork & financing. The paperwork guy explained that our co-signers was listed first but it wouldn't matter, it was strictly for paperwork reasons. Trying to get finance to call back was useless. Emailed the dealership manager and got no response. They told me canceling insurance would be no problem. They don’t tell you that you can’t get a hold of them to have it taken care of.
I would NOT even recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I wanna give my Jeep back so bad and just say f**k it!!! Please heed my warning, run away FAST!!!
RecommendedJust dont take your Ram.Dodge.Jeep there to get anything installed like a remote starter...it might be there for a month...Mine has been there going on two weeks...not a happy camper...
