1st time I bought a used car of this price range from a dealer. I contacted them and was immediately connect to salesman name Mohammed. He was the best. I lived 3 hrs away. He took the personal time to talk and even gave pictures of every angle I could want. After I visited, I asked for some special engine tests. He more than obliged! 2 people from the dealership contacted me about the vehicle. I had a conversation with one gentleman who I asked to call me. He said he would and never did. I recieved a follow up automatic email I'm assuming asking if I had any questions. I responded I was waiting for a call. I recieved a text from the person I had been talking to telling me how busy he was and would call me soon. No call ever came. I had to call the dealer to get my questions answered. Their reply to my email questions were not answered. They just asked me to come in for a test drive.
