Joyriding a customers car, by a service advisor?? Kid takes the customers car to COLLEGE and WRECKS THE CAR, then you people tell the customer to have HIS insurance pay for what YOUR EMPLOYEE caused?!?! Holy crap, you should be giving him a brand new car, one trim level higher. He has every right to sue your dealership....
Be sure to read on the internet how this dealership group is handling a problem at their Subaru dealership, letting service techs take out customer cars for personal use and not taking responsibility when the tech crashes the car.
"I take the car to Adventure Subaru in Mentor , OH. I speak with a service adviser, REDACTED. It's been there since Friday. I FB message him today to ask the status of my car. He tells me he needs to have a tech take my car home overnight for testing and that it is ok with Subaru and my warranty. I get a call an hour later from him stating that he hit a deer.
