they will crash your car into a deer and then ask you to pay for it/contact your insurance.,then trey to sue you for libel, lol no bueno!
They will drive your car home when you drop it off for service. One when THEY crash it, don't worry, it isn't their fault... They will contact your insurance to fix it... Terrible chain of dealerships
The general manager Evan Fineberg threaten to sue a customer for Libel, after one of his employees destroyed a brand new WRX and the owner exercised his freedom of speech about the event. Also they attempted to get the customers insurance to pay for the repairs. Talk about great customer service. Do yourself a favor, get yourself a Truecar quote and go to Ganley Subaru in North Olmsted.
If anyone every thinks about getting their "pleasure" vehicle serviced here, think again. Google "crashed 2015 wrx adventure" seeing as I can't post a link here. It will be the first 2 results on NASIOC and SB9T forums.
Will never buy from them again customer service sucks
