Just bought a 2015 Chrysler 200. I love this car! I didn't think I would like it considering I hada 06 Chrysler 300 but I didn't lose much space. My car note isn't high and they gave me a lot of rebates and deals
I think the customer service at your dealership is horrible. Paid for a brand new vehicle in cash, 3 months later still haven't got my title and nobody knows where it's at. I've had to call on five separate occasions, and finally someone connected me to a manager, who didn't seem to really care about my problems. This is my second 45 day tag that is about to expire. Car buying made easy here at Adventure! My salesman found the perfect pre-owned truck for my husband, and the finance department made the transaction super easy and fast. Many, many thanks to Brian Johnson (sales) and Dayton Ware (finance) for a such wonderful experience! Now, off to surprise the hubby at work... :)
I would give them negative stars if I could. Took my '14 wrangler in for service, they had it 9 days, and didn't fix it. I have emailed 3 people and left 2 phone messages and not heard back from a single person. Horrible customer service, and horrible auto service.
The very last place I would ever buy a vehicle from. Service after the sale is a joke. Even the owner (or the guy who said he was the owner) is a joke. Time to get attorneys involved.
Poor, Terry Coggins is awful. Nasty calls & texts from him. I would never purchase a car from this dealership.
