I was contacted by the dealership. I was searching for the best price. The sales representative did not want to negotiate. The price decreased a week later I called back the sales representative seemed irritated when I called back and rudely told me the car was sold. It really wasn’t a big deal I ended up purchasing a 2014 instead of the 2013 they had for a better price.
have some embarrassing problems with my jeep your company wont have anything to do with honoring a legitimate warranty issue. it is an insult to my professional education and the persons that society's standards ask us to be. your company is a discrace
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Grayson is awesome! The finance manager was cool as ever, and his office is the best office I have EVER seen!!
Just had my 2014 Ram 1500 towed there on sat 1/19 for some engine work. Was told by Bruce the service manager on Monday 1/21 they could not get to it for at least 1 month and I needed to get my vehicle off their lot and figure something else out! Do not go here as they apparently do not mind turning down work! Bruce was not a professional person to deal with whatsoever.
Friends don’t let friends purchase from Adventure. TERRIBLE Customer Service, even the Manager didn’t blame me when I let him know I wouldn’t be returning in the future when I explained my terrible/inappropriate experience. Good luck trying to get a response.
I was going to come look at this truck and I was told it was on a lift for maintenance, but really it was for somebody else but I was not told that until the day of when I went to see it and was told it was sold
Customer Service needs improvement. They're willing to leave a 73 year old customer stranded with no means of getting home. Terrible.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I had recently purchased a 14’ mustang with about 64k miles on it in August. Last week I made a trip down to Alabama to see my dad and on the way there something seemed off. Thankfully I made it, but I took it in to ford to get checked. I go to find out the TRANSMISSION needs completely replaced!!!
