We participated in the first mopar show at adventure and had a great time. The staff and the people involved were great. A lot of cool cars and met new people. Walked around a lot and looked at future cars . Looking forward to next years event. Great selection of cars on the lot, and trucks, and jeeps.
We will NEVER go to this dealership for anything. The last dealing with the repair department was horrific. Parts weren't replaced in the interior they took off. We were told today it was completely fixed, it's not. After HOURS on a diagnostic test my husband finds its not. After bringing it to the managers attention he claims the sunroof is leaking, and it caused that. So, it is NOT fixed. The bill we were handed was outrageous!!!! I will tell everyone I know to NEVER do business with this dealership.
I have been dreaming of having a Wrangler for as long as I can remember. I found out my Patriot needed more work on it than it was worth, so Mike Skilton helped get the ball rolling on getting me my Wrangler. Yesterday I went in and the salesman Dominic helped me out. He took me for a test drive and was so incredibly nice. I couldn't stop smiling. When I told him this was my dream, he said "Seeing people like you make this job worthwhile." Sorry to say I will no longer do business with Adventure. After being told by the service department that I needed an extensive repair, they failed to respond to my inquiry for an estimate. After going to a private garage, I was told that the repair was covered under a Jeep extended warranty and it cost me nothing to have it done at another Jeep Dealer. Sorry, but free car washes are NOT WORTH what it would have cost me to pay for the repair out-of-pocket.
