Friends don’t let friends purchase from Adventure. TERRIBLE Customer Service, even the Manager didn’t blame me when I let him know I wouldn’t be returning in the future when I explained my terrible/inappropriate experience. Good luck trying to get a response.
Customer Service needs improvement. They're willing to leave a 73 year old customer stranded with no means of getting home. Terrible.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I had recently purchased a 14’ mustang with about 64k miles on it in August. Last week I made a trip down to Alabama to see my dad and on the way there something seemed off. Thankfully I made it, but I took it in to ford to get checked. I go to find out the TRANSMISSION needs completely replaced!!! I have to say one of the best experiences I ever had at a dealership. Everyone was friendly helpful and very honest about the deal from beginning to end. A big shout out to my salesman Jack Crouch the sales manager Sean Burke what awesome people and would recommend them to anyone. Then I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the dealership Evan Fineberg what a nice man. We had an excellent experience at Adventure. Our salesman Kevin Stewart was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. UPDATE. The above being said after dealing with the service department I will NEVER do business with this sub par dealer again. The simple task of answering the telephone seems to be beneath them. When I would leave messages with the service manager they rarely were returned. Her personally told me he would keep me updated about my vehicle but that never happened. I wish I had my Jeep. They have had it over a month for a driveshaft!?! And what is really bad is my Jeep is modified and they can't work with me to put the proper drive shaft on it or they say it will void the extended warranty I bought from them when I bought the Jeep that was already modified at time of purchase. So I have to wait over a month for them to put the wrong part on my Jeep so I can take it to 4 Wheel Auto parts on Brookpark to get the one my Jeep calls for. They send out spam mail to get you to show up thinking you’ve won a prize. When really it’s just to grill you about buying a car. I’ll never step foot back in there.
I took our jeep in for work that should be covered under the extended warranty. Axle seal leaking and pinion bearing having play in it. The service tech told me it was "within spec" I asked him to see the spec measurement and how he measured it and he just looked at me and after a few moments said "I don't know what the spec is exactly". He tries to tell me a little play in front pinion bearing is normal to have however any jeep on your lot (new and used) don't have any play in them.
