Arrived on time, immediately began work and accepted his recommendation.
He didn't have the part the first day he came, but was able to get it by the next day. Very nice customer service. He went out of his way to get the part for me.
While I know that there is a cost to come out but $75 for 2 screws and less than 10 minutes. I feel they should give me a break. I would not hire them again,
Greg was great - made his appointment time to diagnose and then fit me in to his schedule when the new compressor came in. Did a great job!
Greg was able to come the same day we called him. He was even earlier than expected which worked out better for us. He was able to fix our Samsung refrigerator which we had trouble finding someone who would. The cost was very reasonable and we will definitely call him again for any appliance repair we may need.
Advanced Appliances Service is top notch! The service technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He found the problem, repaired, and tested in about an hour. His cost was very reasonable! Because he didn't advise me to replace my microwave, I was impressed with his honesty. He has proven he is the best in my opinion. Thanks Greg!
Same day service. Efficiently dismantled oven door, cleaned spill inside glass and reassembled. We have saved his contact number for future use, if needed on appliances.
service man did not have sufficient materials with him to assure long term resolution to problem even though a very complete discription of the problem was given to him in advance. After the initial service call, he stated that he would have to come back and he never showed up again.
Greg was on time and was very informative on our "complicated" case. We did have to call him back when the problem re-occur just 3-4 days after his 1st visit. He came back fix the problem no extra charge, no uncomfortable situation and after months no problem recurrance.
