Quick, easy repair service. Very professional. I'd highly recommend their services.
Greg promptly returned my initial phone message, showed up early in the window of time he gave me, and quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired our fridge. Everything is working fine. I was impressed by the way he started with the little things and did not jump to expense parts (too often I have found repair people will go right to a major part, and major cost without looking at the smaller/cheaper fixes). The contractor did a wrong diagnosis of our refrigerator; told us the coils were going out. A Sears contractor, whom we had to call for the repair, told us on my model of refrigerator, that isn't possible.
The problem with the cooktop was diagnosed and repaired in a very timely and courteous manner.
