On time, left nothing out in Cking all areas to resolve issue with washer.
Appointment was set up quickly. He arrived on time and analyzed the problem. No complaints
Greg was out the next day to look at my non-refrigerating refrigerator. He ID'd the problem and made a temp fix to get us going until the part arrives. Great job.
Came to repair broken dishwater door on September 16 without replacement parts. Promised to order parts and return. Now September 30 and no contact from Advanced Appliance Service.

Greg did an excellent job finding the problem with our washer, explaining the process and how it will be repaired. I would have given 5 stars but someone sent our part to the wrong warehouse causing a one day delay. Greg did call to let me know it would be an extra day. Greg did an excellent job swapping out the malfunctioning part with the new part and cleaning up afterward. I will recommend this company to anyone needing appliance work.
My kitchen aid dishwasher wouldn't work. Gave Home Advisor a call, Greg came out same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and in 3 days it was fixed and working just like new. Reasonable price, professional work, happy customer. Would definitely call again.
