This company had a much quicker turn around time than others I called.
Greg was the only serviceman who was happy to come out same day when our refrigerator had been dead for 2 days. He was very responsive, professional with my teenage son who was the one home to let him in, diagnosed the issue correctly and instead of charging me for new parts, took apart and cleaned the faulty fan --- he took my credit card info and processed the payment when he got back to the office so I didn't have any interruption to my work day. On time with call prior to arrival. Down side is I explained issues with oven/stove & gave my opinion that it may just be a bad breaker. Was never told that if bad breaker he cant fix the problem. Now I need to hire an electrician on top of his service call. He did only charge me partial service call fee which I greatly appreciate!

Arrived on time. Some problems with receiving the needed part. His supplier did not ship overnight, so work was not completed until the followinlg day.
Gregory Brunnee4r was VERY responsive and professional. He diagnosed the problem and made a quick repair to the Ice Maker in our Refrigerator. He was willing to share with me what he found wrong and how to fix it. Overall an oustndibng experience.
