Greg was quick, on time, and efficient.
Greg Brunner (hope I spelled name correctly) was Awesome! Is there a category better than awesome? There should be. Greg answered his phone right away, was polite, showed up the very next day, exactly when he said he would be at our place, and fixed the dishwasher right away. Great service and reasonable price. Dishwasher works great. thanks Greg!

Despite my thinking the oven thermostat was bad, it was fine.
Samsung refrig frozen up, leaking into crispers. Greg was polite and all business. Repair was timely and as of one day later the repair is working.

I don't believe he was confident in the repair. My dishwasher still doesn't work. First the wrong part was ordered and then was told the replacement part was defective. I waited almost a month for news of the replacement part to replace the defective part and had to call him. I'm crossing my fingers that the appointment tomorrow resolves the problem. The part that is supposedly bad was not inexpensive.
