Greg did awesome work and would definitely recommend him. Had to change plug from 4 prong to 3 prong, but found out wall receptacle was even still wrong and forced him to go get abother plug, but that was no ones fault due to old house. Once got plug done, quick and easy fix, now dryer up and running. Will definitely use Greg and Advanced Appliance for future issues.
On time and repair was fast
Repaired my old maytag side by side refig/freezer. On time and called ahead.
The original project was completed. The ice maker bin was breaking apart and I asked him to replace the unit. He ordered a new bin, but it was the wrong one. The ice maker has been replaced in the past several times, so it is probably not the same as the original. He does communicate and it is going on four months and no progress.
Gregg found the dryer problem quickly. We would certainly use him again.
Greg is such an easy guy to talk to. No macho stuff....just got the job done very efficiently.I am thrilled to have found him and would definitely hire him again. Well done Greg!
Greg Brunner, from Advanced Appliance Service, was prompt, polite, seemed very efficient at fixing our dryer, and the bill was reasonable. We are thrilled to have found a service repair person that we like and trust!
Greg was running late, near the end of the appointment window we had set up, but he called to let me know he was still coming. I am a DIYer and had a preliminary diagnosis my fridge had lost its refrigerant. Greg came to the same conclusion in 10 or 15 minutes but didn't have the products with him. Fortunately this is our extra fridge for mostly beverages and it was empty. Greg returned five days later and had the unit running in 20 minutes and it has been running for a month now so I think he has the leak sealed.
Greg did a great job. No complaints at all.
