The gentleman that arrived worked with me to accommodate my busy schedule, even though I wasn't available during normal hours. He arrived on time, and took his shoes off at the door without being asked to. He was courteous, respectful, and finished the repair super fast. He was out of my house in under 20 minutes. I recommend this company.
Greg was great to work with. He was able to come out quickly after I called, and was on time, professional, and honest about what truly needed to be done and what didn't. I would call Greg for any appliance work going forward and have already recommended him to friends.
We had some communication issues that led to me making assumptions about start times. Once he arrived, he worked very quickly and efficiently. I will call Greg when the next appliance breaks!
