Greg was exactly on time, got right to work, completed the repair with a part replacement he already had in his rig, and gave a couple of recommendations for the best life of the appliance. Could not have asked for more.
Was able to complete the repair in 1/3 of an hour but didn't prorate the bill to actual time spent on premises. The repair was complete though.

The customer service representative, was great. When he found out that wrong replacement part had been ordered, he requested a next day replacement, came out and completed the job and still charged only what he originally quoted. If i ever need another appliance repair I will call them again.
