Greg call us within 30 minutes of the Service Magic e-mail request. Same day service, even I messup to inform my husband when he was coming home, so Greg did not find him the 1st visit however he did not get mad and came back 30 minutes after called that we were home (around 1 hr after 1st agreed time frame). Very Professional, detailed explainations to questions, helpful hints to what caused it and what we can do to prevent (frequent dryer ducts clean up). Clean up the area as nothing has happened there. He was very helpful with just a phone call and I appreciated his time and patience!
The service man did an excellent job, and was very neat. He serviced our washer and dryer (we had received used units in a home purchase transaction) and also checked out our dish washer and refrigerator while at our home. We were very pleased with his work, and the cost was very reasonable.
Greg was a great repair man, but he wasn't as concerned with the time as we were. My dryer was broken, and twice weekly trips to the mother in law's house to dry clothes wasn't what we wanted to continue doing. We had to call him to check on the part, instead of receiving updates. However, he was efficient in his job and fixed our dryer when the part finally arrived. He was pretty inexpensive in comparison to other appliance repairmen that we found elsewhere.
Knew his stuff unlike a previous yo-yo who looked at my Viking oven. Arrived time agreed, personalble, a fair price for service rendered. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service. Prompt, efficient and final cost was less than estimate quoted. I will definitely recommend Greg.
We thought we had a major issue with our dryer. Turned out to be a loose wire. Other places were going to charge $125+ just to come to the house to look at the issue. He charged $90 TOTAL and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Very nice and affordable.
