Service was great. He came out on a Sunday and didn't charge extra since he already had to be in the area. He was very nice, helpful and inexpensive, I would definitely recommend him to others!
Greg was prompt in returning my phonecall and when arriving at my home. He seemed knowledgable and fixed my refridgerator quickly. He answered a few questions about my appliance that weren't related to the repair. He was friendly. I never got any other bids, so can't compare his costs -- but -- he seemed eager to do the work, which was nice.
Excellent response. Immediately fixed problem. I was well satisfied with this repair experience.

He was prompt and thorough. I recomended him to a neighbor who also used his services.
When I contacted them I was told up front how much the service call would be. They were very prompt in responding and did a great job of fixing my drier. The part was ordered and they returned when promised to complete the work. My service charge was deducted from the final bill. The work was done well and the cost was very fair.
Showed up very quickly, and knew exactly what the problem was. Corrected it in less than an hour. Excellent service.
The gentlemen told me what was wrong and how to fix it on the phone.
The service rep Greg called within hours of my on-line request even though it was the weekend and despite the fact my repair wasn't urgent. He was available the next day, showed up on time, was knowledgeable about his trade, had the proper parts on hand to fix the problem and his final bill was under the estimated repair price. I'm not easy to please and am a bit of a stickler about customer service. Congratulations... you exceeded my expectations! I honestly can't imagine how it could be better.
