your technician was great....very nice man and did his job very well, thank you. would recommend him anytime.
They were very quick with their service. Called on a weekend and they were closed but responded early Monday morning got the part ordered and was here the next day! Appointment took less than 1/2 hour was very nice and informative to why our appliance failed
The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly resolved the issue.
The Service tech should have asked more questions about the wash machine because I have a lot of problems with it shaking to much during the spin cycle which I believe is the problem.
He responded immediately to our request, went out when he said he would and let us know what the problem was without stacking on additional, bogus charges. I appreciated that and in knowing that the service would exceeded the value of the appliance itself.
Was contacted within minutes of submitting request. Got an appointment same afternoon. Problem was fixed quickly and came in at estimate. Great, quick service.
