Over a decade of problems with the ice maker and freezer solved in less than 10 minutes! By the nicest gentlemen ever. Talk about customer satisfaction!! Greg Brunner has my appreciation and business FOR LIFE!!! He knew exactly what I was describing over the phone, fit me in quickly, and patiently explained everything I needed to know.
Very good service, he called within 30 minutes after I requested his service, and made an appointment with me. He arrived on time and found the problem in short order. Good guy!!
So impressed with Greg's professionalism and HONESTY! Although we were not able to fix our problem with him directly, he gave us excellent (invaluable) advice on brands of fridges that give problems & those that don't. You know you're dealing with an honest professional when he's telling you, "probably going to be a lot of repairs moving forward with existing fridge." I would recommend Greg to anyone & everyone we know. So very appreciative.
Greg called back right away and was prompt on the day of the scheduled service. He was very professional and took his time to assess and fix our washer situation. Price was extremely reasonable and would highly recommend him to family and friends.
Greg arrived on the day and time we agreed upon. My daughter's washing machine would not fill with water and as soon as he saw it, he knew exactly what the problem was. He ordered a part, returned a few days later, and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. The washing machine works great and my daughter is pleased that she does not have to buy a new one. He was very professional and we felt his price was reasonable. We will use him again when there is a need and would recommend him to others.

My freezer started acting up on the weekend. I called Greg Monday, he was able to come out Tuesday morning, had to order a part that had gone out, and was able to repair it Wednesday morning. Everyone else I called would not be able to come out until Friday. Thanksgiving week! He was great and charged a fair price. Very happy with his service😊
