Don't deal with this company!!!! They are now ADT Solar!!!We purchased a solar system from them and the salesman told us after the installation that we would be up and running within two to three weeks. Well, going on two months now and we are still waiting. They said Duke had to come out and inspect the work. Still, going on two months and we have nothing. Sales person tried to break into my home. Stayed at my residence for 40 minutes while my 12 year old daughter was inside alone. My daughter had a panic attack and unable to breath. ************************* did not leave until my 19 year old son arrived and told him to leave because he was scaring his sister. Instead ******************** moved to my neighbors house and parked. Finally, my husband called him and told he to leave immediately.

Waste of time. Contacted the company for a free estimate. The salesman came out, ************************* and spoke with us about the system etc. Talked about putting us both on the contract and took both of our information. Days then weeks went by barely hearing from him. We had to reach out to the company to get his phone number because he had never given it to us directly. Once we got that he kept ignoring the calls. We were scammed in a major way by this ************** been nothing but a nightmare with them. They have put us in a very serious, stressful financial ************** aren't saving anything on solar. We're seniors on SS & disability & don't file taxes. The salesman told us we had to file taxes in order to get our tax credit to apply to the loan to keep our same payment. Horrible experience over promised under deliver by a land slide. I was in the market for solar and had a rep come out to visit and he was late which I forgave him he gave me the reassurance and promising So I decided to move forward. So the process was no where close to ADT solar guide sheet. I had to doc u sign multiple times, I had to resign my contract because no HIS # which I search up and it was not valid. Sunpro/ADT terrible company. .December 2021 solar installed June 2022 still not up and running..have had 4 failed inspections by the city...we are no closer now to use solar than we were in December... communication with this company is terrible and no one knows what's going on....stay away from them and find a more reputable company

We talked to and signed a contract on 18 October 2021 with SunPro *****. At the time we thought we were told that it should take only about 30 -60 days for install and connection. Due to many paperwork issues caused mainly by the SunPro company it took over 6 months (the contract did say it could take up to 180 days) to have final approval to operate. Most of the time was waiting on SunPro to schedule inspections and then correct paperwork and reschedule inspections. With the county inspection we had to have 3 separate inspe... read more

We signed our contract March 7 with SunPro. It appears that ADT is now handling the contract. We have repeatedly called as they have been unable to get a permit correctly submitted through Seminole County. We have told them repeatedly how to do this. It is now June 14 and we don't even have a permit, let alone an installation date, inspection date, or turn on date. What a farse this company is! Im a homeowner that I have to admit it was suckered into going solar or GREEN as the government and businesses put it, I too entered into an agreement and my solar panels was installed in mid October of 2021 with a pre inspection of January 2022 which wasnt did till April 2022 reasons being as large as this company is they couldnt locate an Electrican, and as everyone else it failed the inspection.
