This company needs to repay all costs for the problems they cause. The installers left cut off material in the gutters and yard. Electrician left his wiring trash in the area he worked in. Was told by one installer to turn disconnect on after inspection. Installer informed me that there was a problem and would turn in problem. I waited a week and no repair was done, I called Sunpro and they did not known about problem. However system error notice was on.City inspector said not to until meter is replaced. We have had high quality experiences during the several steps along our solar panel install. We contracted for 25 panels. When the install was reviewed we received a report that the actual count was 26. We were surprised with your decision to leave the extra panel in place but only charge us for 25 panels. That was a rare behavior in our cutthroat corporate world. Thanks.
Sunpro provided us with a great team of installers. It took longer than I expected to get everything installed, but I was very impressed with their panels and the high output.

Sunpro was one of the providers I reviewed, they were a bit more expensive than others but I felt comfortable with the 25 year guarantee. Professional and courteous company. All work was done in professional manner and pretty much on schedule. Communication was very good and final result met all expectations.

This company is awful. The promise to get rid of all your energy costs and sell you this huge system and the loan is so big but you think , I'll never have to pay for electricity again. WRONG. It took over 6 months after I signed the contract to get it installed and it doesn't even cover half my electricity **** and it isn't even working rthe last 7 days and they say they don't know when they will be out. but I still have this huge loan. I would have filed a complaint, but since I filed a police report for theft I can not, so here is my review. I recently had ADT Solar install panels for me and, since I had to get a new breaker panel upgrade, I had to have electricians install smoke detectors that were wired in to the breaker box. My mother was at my house while they were doing this. I found out a few weeks later that the electrician took HVAC tools that equaled about $1000. Worst Experience. I signed up for Sunpro ** Panels by paying Premium Price. They schedule first appointment and before they install i checked the Panels and they were Silfabs. I asked them to correct that and they went back and scheduled second appointment and mentioned on call that this time they are bringing the correct panels and so I trusted them. This company gets stuff done ! It is a bit of a process getting solar panels but once the final inspection is complete the electricity bills are DRASTICALLY reduced. Plus their referral program is amazing and they keep you up to date through the entire process. Highly recommended!
