Waste of your time. Sales rep sucked. Lied about everything. And the loan had a balloon payment and penalty he never told us about. He said he was new. More like a scammed. Kept trying to get near our monthly ****. Signed the loan yesterday to do more research. Told the sales rep at **** to cancel he said he would and kept giving me new offers. I had to call and cancel myself at 8pm. Dodged a bullet you should too. Run!!!

I am not happy with the service at all! My panels have been up for at least 6 weeks now and still are not hooked up yet! I have already had to make my first payment and don't know if they will refund it or not! I give them a "thumbs down"!
This company will not stop calling. I have never answered a call from them, but they continue to call. Calling 3-4 times per day and even on weekends. I have tried blocking them, but they call on different phone numbers. This is harassment.

We, unfortunately got scammed into getting these panels. We had a rep come to our house and spend a little over 3 hours giving us a speech and showing us a video on their solar panels. He kept telling us what a great investment they were and how we would receive a tax refund of over 12k which we could use to pay the solar loan and have a much lower payment, these were the reps exact words, and their company would send us a check of $2400 when the solar panels were all set up so we could pay our light bill for 2 years while p... read more
We recently had our solar system installed, inspected and turned on by Dominion Energy. Today we have *******came in to do the Energy efficiency test and was super professional. He was very courteous and well knowledgeable about his stuff. He got us setup with our new Nest Thermostat, a bunch of 60 LED light, changed my garage door opener light bulb that was blown out, checked the house overall energy efficiency by looking for gaps and draft entering point and a whole lot more. Sunpro managed to figure out that I was getting solar quotes and slipped me into their cold call list. Since then I receive calls regularly from them coming from spoofed numbers to hide their identity. They must have an overseas company they are using because it's always an accent so thick it's hard to understand on the other end. The person always says I will be removed from the list, but I'm sure they have no desire or power to do so.
