When I first called Sunpro last spring, I had it in my mind how big of a solar system I needed. The salesman assured me that the system I had in mind was bigger than I needed. I was resistant at first, but he explained to me that the system I had in mind was overkill. Boy am I glad I listened! Not only is the insalled system more then sufficient for what I need, but the smaller system was cheaper and easier to maintain. Kudos to Sunpro for teaching their salespeople to focus on customers and not just sales.

Beware of Sunpro Solar. We are unhappy with the way we have been treated by this company. We were told we would get solar panels in December of 2021. That was 3 months ago. Now we're paying two bills instead of one, and it's their fault for getting us into this mess. We gave them our trust. Great company. They took the time to figure what i needed and walked me they the whole process. Ive had the sudden for a few years now and couldn't be happier. **************** after the install is amazing. Had an issue today, spoke with AW he was friendly, and knowledgeable. I looked in to solar, they came out to put up, my metal roof is 82 YEARS old. I even told and showed *******************, the agent, the attic, we walked around the house. Not a problem. This was July 2021.October 2021 the guys came out to install, they said no one told them it was a metal roof and they cannot install. Calls several times a day Monday thru Sunday leaving no message. Using several different phone numbers all which leads back to SunPro. Have asked to be removed from there call list and still receive 5-7 calls per day.

This Sunpro Solar Company is continously throughout the day calling me, when I've told them twice "I'm not interested". Constant calling is harrassment ?? and I want my phone removed from their list immediately, thank you kindly.

I had solar panels installed in August of 2021. I was told once installed the system would be operational within 2 months, at most. The updated meter and approval to operate took until January 2022 (5 months). During this period, the SunPro account management contact was poor. Despite my outreaches (via text, email, and call) the responsiveness was limited to 1 time per week if that.
