Signed a contract with SunPro in spring 2021 for solar panels installation. It is now 01/14/22 and installation is still not complete, almost one year later. We have a ground mount system, and found out the permit was pulled for roof mount system, and inspection cannot be completed, until proper permit is pulled. They destroyed our yard, tore up our leech lines for our septic system, and our water drain lines for our grey water system, resulting in $4000+/- in damages, after we specifically told them NOT to dig in that area ... read more

**************** was excellent! *********, *********************** and the electrician was very helpful. The installation was very quick and precise. ***** always communicated with me throughout the whole process with any concerns that I might have. Great Job!

Up to this time, I would have rated Sunpro a zero, but once I had a conversation with *** , I am finally able to work with someone who cares. I would like to give *** 5+, she has been a gift sent from heaven. I think ADT needs to look at the management of the company they purchased, very disappointed that ADT would accept this type of business behavior, just look at the reviews, lying and misrepresentation.I think the BBB should investigate this business.

I haven't had it long enough to give an accurate rating. we have had some problems with the enlighten app working properly, but ********** has been on top of the problem and trying to remedy the situation. Only have had 1 **** from the electric company since it was turned on but we didn't see a much of a savings yet because it was only active 1 week of the month so far. Will leave another review later when we can see if all that was represented is accurate.

I purchased solar panels from sunpro last year and still havent been hooked up. Now when I try and reach out to them project manager and regional manager they will not return my calls. I was told once my panels were hooked up I would have 30 days to decide if I like them I have paid numerous payments and have yet to be able to use the service of the solar panels

I have received some of the worst customer service of any organization I have ever worked with. I have been bounced around through various departments. No one seems to communicate with the other departments. When they send people out to install, operate, fix, etc. they have NOT ONCE been on time. I repeatedly asked for morning appointments and they kept showing up late in the afternoon. One of the appointments was scheduled for 10:30 that morning (supposed to last only a few hours) they did not show up until after 4PM and st... read more
