Sunpro came to install panels on the 8th and and left trench open and was told they where coming back up to a week. Been 2 weeks and haven't heard back after calling in serval times never seen anybody come do a job and leave while not completed after leaving trench open blocking me to get to my shop. If I was able to go back in time I would just deal without solar I don't maybe it will work good after completed but this company is a joke or a least the people out of ******* are.

This company deserves NO STARS! I started getting calls from them a couple times a day. I finally answered and said DO NOT call me and they proceeded to talk about my home and I said I do not live there and I do not want any solar anything. I told them if they called back I would report them, they called back an hour later ??. These people are psycho! This is harassment! I get so many calls on a daily basis. I have blocked every number that comes in, yet somehow they keep calling. How in the world do they think they will get... read more

Don't Sign up with this company! This Company Lies in order to get your money. They say one thing and do something else. They lie about their offers just so you will sign up. Our family got the solar panel on our roof. We haven't saved a dime!!! Not only do we still have a high electricity **** but now we have a monthly payment of $250 on top of our high energy ****. Beware of this company. **************** is not helpful, they are rude and sarcastic when you call. Worst Company!!

This is one of the worst investments we have made to date. Our sales rep **** mislead or blatantly lied to us on almost every aspect of our agreement. We were told our panels would completely cover our power **** and create a surplus to build credit if we ever went over the expected amount. He told us that any shortages would be covered by Sunpro through credits with the power company. I have had Sun-pro solar panels installed on my home for coming on 7 ************ are still not activated. The promise from the sales representative and the statements in Sun-pro's pamphlet states the project will take only one to two business days. The management team doesn't seem as if they are competent of their work, very disorganized, careless of the customer, zero sense of urgency. This company keeps calling my phone no less than ten times per day. When I block the phone number they call from. Within the hour they generate a new phone number to call back on. Some woman named ******* stated she would take me off the call list. Then she got an attitude with me because she is making harassing phone calls to my phone.

I was happy with my solar panels so I decided to get the backup battery system, but my experience has been a nightmare. I understand there was a national backup battery shortage and i was more than patient for the 10 months i waited for one, however when i finally did get my backup battery it was half installed. Its been a month since i have heard anything and every time I call to get an update i get the same answer the project manager in your area is out of his office. *********************** really screwed us with this solar panels. Now we're paying 2 bills,Sunpro and Teco. Instead of 1 **** like we were told. Don't go with Sunpro!!!!!
