They sold themselves well. First day of install was fantastic. Second day was great. (It was supposed to be a two day install.) At the end of the second day they told me they had to coordinate with MLGW for an inspection. MLGW came to my home for days and days asking me about it. I told them I had no idea that they will have to contact sunpro. Sunpro had no employees on site to meet with the inspector. After 9 months of having our sunpro solar system installed we are very happy with the system and the power it is producing. We also installed a battery which we were very pleased with and when our power went out recently it worked wonderfully well. We were the only people with light on in our neighborhood! Our sales person **** was great and we loved the install crews that came out. I would definitely recommend this company.
Sunpro sales rep. gave a good presentation, He drove me to the bank to get the down payment and then dropped me at my auto repair shop so I could pick up my car. I changed my mind on the purchase and followed their cancellation procedure in a timely manner. I am the custemer of the sunpro solar project. but i am regret spending money on the product or service.(1) worse communication/ does not tell beliable lies (2) Won't tell you their secret lie suppose untill 17th payment. have to pay **** dollar also after joining this project have to pay both system the oppd and solar project 2 separate bills.(3) Actually we won't save the money being of expensive project (4) They did not give the bright white light bulbs (5) sellsman won't pick up or receive or call back/reply to your mass... read more

My electric **** is double now. I still have to buy electricity because my solar panels are insufficient and do not provide enough electricity. My payment went from $120 to $180 for reasons I dont understand and is in fine print. It was never discussed by my salesman that my payment could change. Im on disability so its devastating. This has been the biggest mistake I could have made. I suffer because I cant cool/ heat my house trying to keep my **** down. After 8 1/2 months, our system is finally installed, but we are still struggling. Only the general location and # of panels is according to the contract. Everything else has been changed at the last minute. Promises, apologies, delays obvious shoddy workmanship, - with excuses of 'its THEIR fault', repeated inspection failures, extremely poor inter company communications, high employee turnover, and the list goes on.
